We manage the communication with the suppliers to put the right product in the right place, at the right time, at the best price assuring the quality.
* Given our knowledge of the market and experience, we count with a wide network of suppliers to satisfy our clients. We only need the technical details of the products or equipment that our clients want, and our team locates the active enterprises that could be our suppliers.
* Once the client has selected the supplier they want to work with , we manage the samples preparation to verify the product. If the verification is favorable and the client decides to continue with the purchase, we are in the capacity of taking care of the entire process.

CONTROL
Inspection of factories and suppliers
Request and examine documents of the suppliers and factories. As part of our services, we visit the factories, to provide our clients a clear view about the financial state, compliance, structure, quality standards and production capacity.
Inspection of industrial processes
Inspections during the production process of our clients’ purchased products. A member of our team examinees the factory, verifies the fulfillment of the products specifications, randomly selects some units to examine, identifies and eliminates defects. If our clients requires, we are in the capacity of sending daily quality reports and progress of the production.
Inspection during loading
Supervise and control the conditions of loading in the containers. As well ass, we verify the proper sealing of the container.
Supervise the compliance of the requirements agreed between the manufacturer/supplier and our clients to guarantee the quality of the products before making the payment.
A network of certified laboratories, which depending on the nature of the products, make tests and certify the compliance of the required characteristics. The most frequent trials we make for our clients:
- Analysis of the chemical composition
- Magnetic induction test to determine the quality of the piece near its surface
- Mechanical tests to properly measure the resistant it has to traction
- Impact resistance
- Control to surface hardness
- Ultrasound test and X-rays in order to prevent porosity and the shortening of the molded pieces
- Tests in the chamber of salt spray to measure the resistance to corrosion in adverse atmospheric conditions
