At Rongchang Hardware we are commit to build a strong cooperation with emerging markets, make your transactions with China friendly and cost effective, we do not charge upfront fees, normally we charge from a 3 to 5% based on your total purchase value and it includes a full package of benefits such as product sourcing, production management, quality inspection, shipment arrangement and after sales support.

2017

Incorporation

RONCHANG HARDWARE was born in 2017, after signing exclusive agreement with SELACT COP SRL leader importer of hardware and Steel in Dominican Republic market and Haiti. After we got a strong expertise in the product sourcing of hardware devices and machines; neighbor countries such as Mexico, Chile, Panama and Honduras requested our services in China and we expanded our service capacity to fulfill their demands.

2018

Expansion

In order to fulfil the high demand of importers from the Americas and other markets from Middle East and Africa, we opened an office in Yiwu, Zhejiang with professional Product sourcing agents and more qualified staff in all China in order to assure the best quality, efficient production, quality control and order shipments.

2019

Consolidation

In order to provide a top excellent and professional service. We have included in our team, agents that are native speakers of Spanish, French, English, Italian and other languages aiming to ensure clear communication and break any barrier with you and China, to give a better service. With a very strict team of quality assurance department we also provide you a report with all your orders which includes detail container loading photos, quantity confirmation, container details and 100% assurance of your order or service requested with us, Rongchang Hardware assures you no surprises and safe transactions. Our customers say that we are their eyes in China and that once they have started to work with our company they feel very safe and their revenues have grown significantly.

FUTURE

Alliance

We have some agents present physically in some countries in order to provide a face to face support. Also we are seeking to cooperate in the supply of government and ONGs purchases. Currently we are working on the production of a Trash Sorting Plant in Latin America with a capacity of more than 700T/D.
